At Cinder Yard, the day starts before the street lights switch off.

We keep this fictional smokehouse simple: good wood, careful trimming, steady heat, and trays built to share. The menu changes with the pit schedule, but the counter stays friendly and the picnic tables stay full.

We open Wednesday through Sunday at 11 AM and serve until sold out.

Bring a folding chair if you plan to arrive early.

Leashed dogs are welcome on the shaded patio.
